Rahel Hailemariam brings over 13 years of nursing experience and a lifelong passion for helping others. Growing up with her grandmother, she saw firsthand the incredible importance of having support at home, surrounded by loved ones, rather than in a hospital setting. This experience deeply shaped her belief that everyone, regardless of their background or abilities, deserves equal care and respect. Inspired by these values, she founded Faith Adult Family Home with the mission of providing compassionate, personalized care in a warm, familiar environment where each resident feels valued, comfortable, and supported
